With eight years of experience at Ready Set Connect and a heart for helping children grow, Kali, Site Director of our Tilton center, brings passion, empathy, and joy to everything she does. After transitioning from the medical field in 2017, Kali quickly discovered her love for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the difference it can make in the lives of children and families. Known for her positivity, dedication, and genuine care, she leads her team with compassion and creates an environment where every child feels supported and celebrated.
1. Can you share a little about your background and what brought you to Ready Set Connect?
I’ve always had a heart for helping kids reach their full potential. When I started with Ready Set Connect, I quickly grew a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
2. What inspired you to work with children on the autism spectrum?
There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a child accomplish something they’ve been working hard on and seeing a team so dedicated to a child’s success. The little moments of progress from each child whether it’s a smile, a new word, or a breakthrough; the children and staff are what keep me inspired every single day.
3. What does a typical day look like for you as a Site Director?
Every day looks a little different! I spend my time supporting the team, connecting with families, and making sure our center runs smoothly.
4. What do you love most about your role and the RSC community?
Our team is like family, and the connections we build with the kids and their parents are so special. It’s truly a place filled with care, growth, laughter, learning, and the best little victories.
