SPIRIT WEEK FUN: TOUCH A TRUCK!
What an exciting day at Ready Set Connect! Our Spirit Week festivities continued today with a special Touch a Truck event with the Concord Fire Department!
Our children had the opportunity to get up close with the fire trucks, meet our amazing local firefighters, explore the equipment, and experience the excitement of learning about the incredible people who help keep our community safe!
From trying on firefighter gear to checking out the trucks, there were so many smiles, curious questions, and wonderful memories made! These hands-on experiences are a great way to encourage exploration, build connections, and create meaningful opportunities for learning outside the everyday routine.
A HUGE thank-you to the Concord Fire Department for taking the time to visit with us, share your knowledge, and make today so special for our children, families, and staff. We are grateful for the amazing community partnerships that help make moments like these possible!
This is what Spirit Week is all about: connection, community, learning, and FUN!
